The bistronomic restaurant

Welcome to the "Secret Defense" Restaurant!

We are open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner.

Come and discover our French bistronomic cuisine, 100% homemade, from Tuesday lunch to Saturday lunch and Friday and Saturday dinner. Our menu features classic bistro dishes, both hearty and generous. The finest local produce is showcased in colorful and appetizing dishes. The menu changes every two weeks, promising a delightful experience with each visit.

Come and discover traditional, homemade Spanish cuisine from Tuesday to Thursday from 3 pm to 10 pm, and on Sunday and Monday from 11 am to 10 pm. On the menu, you'll find tapas and bruschettas to enjoy alone or to share, for a delicious and convivial moment.

Reserved for members of the Handi'color association; to become a member, a symbolic €1 membership fee is required.

Discover our Spanish Bistronomy, a true corner of Spain set up on our new beach!

At the helm, Xavier, our passionate chef, and Miguel, a professional bartender straight from Murcia, near Alicante, invite you to travel through Spanish flavors.

Enjoy authentic tapas from €3 , tasty bruschettas from €14 and indulge in our house cocktails from €6.50.

In a warm, simple and friendly atmosphere, Spanish bistronomy is the ideal place to share a moment with friends or family, with your feet in the sand.

Every morning Breakfast

Between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., we invite our guests staying in guesthouses and gîtes to enjoy breakfast in the restaurant near Puy du Fou.

You'll find a sweet and savory buffet, with a wide variety of products: pastries, hot drinks, fruit juices, cold meats, cheeses, fresh bread, and more.

Throughout the day The tea room

From 11am to 9pm on weekends, and from 2pm to 9pm on weekdays, discover our tea room.

You'll find sweet and savory treats depending on the time of day.

  • Afternoon Tea Package: from 4pm, €10 per person: a drink and a sweet treat

    • This package gives you access to the Château Beach and the Guinguette: swimming pool, spa, outdoor games, etc.

Join us at the Guinguette throughout the day, as soon as the warmer days of spring arrive, to enjoy a friendly atmosphere.

Savory and sweet treats, hot and refreshing drinks await you. When you come to the Guinguette, with an annual Handi’Color membership for €1, you'll also have access to the swimming pool, the spa, and all outdoor activities.
